Solid Ground Behavior Services, Inc. employs trained therapist to work oneonone with each client closely monitoring emotional responses in order to match the difficulty of material and method of instruction to the client’s ability level and rate of learning. 

All our therapists hold at least a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent extensive training specifically in research supported treatments for Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Meet Our Team

Inonge' Mason - Founder/Director

Inonge’ (ee-non-gay) is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst BCBA consultant located in southwest Cook County, Illinois. For more than 10 years, she has worked with learners who struggle with challenging behaviors in school. She specializes in training staff and creating behavior intervention plans for learners who demonstrate disruptive and unsafe behaviors. She works with learners who have emotional/behavioral disabilities and intellectual disability, including but not limited to Autism. Her interest is training parents, providers, and educators on basic principles of ABA that could improve the overall quality of life for learners. Her favorite service motto is “to have fun while making meaningful differences in the lives of others!”

Gladys Valentin - Lead Care Team Member

Gladys an energetic and well-rounded Lead Care Team Member with a passion for working directly with learners across school, home, and community settings. Gladys hold two bachelors’ degrees from Eastern Illinois University where she was instrumental in founding a fraternity focused on promoting personal and collective growth for members through unity, education, leadership, cultural awareness, and community service – she is a true leader!

Gladys is currently working towards obtaining the RBT certification through the Board Association for Behavior Analysis. 

Our Mission is to have FUN while teaching meaningful skills that are long-lasting and life-changing!

Inonge has utilized her expertise to provide professional development to staff.  She has worked with our students to support their behavioral needs. Her strategies support teachers and students. Inonge has also been available to meet with parents to support the team relationship between the home and school environment.”
